Aaryn Daniel

Hey y'all!

My name is Aaryn Daniel, I'm a 3rd year Biology major and I am from Menifee, CA.

I joined BSU to help make an impact and strengthen the black community here at UCSB. I wanted to connect with other black students and make amazing memories along the way! I wanted to be apart of an organization that focused on bringing black students together while also providing a space where we can feel comfortable and know our presence is valued!

My vision for BSU is for it to be a place where the success of black students is prioritized. BSU is a place of community for black students and I hope that it gives all black students a way to connect and feel empowered at UCSB. I'm so excited to see the black community thrive and grow!
